Just as there is no normal space time (fabric of reality) and anti-space time, its all just space time. But with a black hole the sides of its pit are so steep not even light escape, so even though light will bounce around inside it can't go fast enough to get out and will eventually fall to bottom like every else.Īll this means that since a black hole is for out purposes a very deep 'pit' so there is no normal 'pit' and an antimatter 'pit'. So things like light can be pulled or fall in but subatomic particles like light have no mass so will bounce around but well always eventually 'bounce out' so speak out of star's pit. Put another way image a star's gravity well or the dent in the fabric of reality as a very very deep pit with very steep sides. In terms of pull the only difference between a star and black hole is that some subatomic particles can escape a star's gravity and with a black hole its well is too deep for lack better word so nothing escapes. Meaning the pull on objects around the black hole are same as when it was still a star.
The gravity well creates a pit that nothing can escape, but the the pit itself is only as big and deep so to speak as the original star.
